External vibrations from compressors, engines, pumps, etc. can create harmonic vibrations within the Bourdon tube pressure gauge, causing the needle to move excessively, giving inaccurate readings. Excessive needle oscillation can also damage internal gears or other components, causing premature wear. When glycerin is poured into the gauge to displace the air space, it reduces the harmonic vibrations transmitted to the needle, thereby increasing the life and reliability of the gauge.

Products: Air(Gas) Line Test Gauges(GH-U140D & GB-U140D series)
We provide various air line test gauges for customer’s option.
These line test gauges we provide include with hex fittings (3/4"), bell fittings (1/2", 3/4" & 1”), and all with air release valve.
The materials for assembling pressure gauges and pipeline fittings are different from other factories. We use LOCTITE 565 for thread sealing, it designed to lock and seal metal pipes and fittings, preventing loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. This assembly process is more technical.
Each air line test gauge must undergo a strict air leak test after the assembly is completed, to ensure that each air line test gauge provided by JIL Gauges can accurately assist users to check whether there is any leakage in the pipeline.

As shown in the photo, each batch of glycerin-filled pressure gauges produced in Taiwan will take an appropriate quantity for
heating test.This test allows us to confirm that the assembled PC material lens and silicon material sealing ring have
no quality defects.It can also ensure that the printing of the dial will not dissolve the printing ink due to soaking in glycerin.
This also allows us to confirm that the welded part of the pressure gauge will not dissolve due to high temperature
and cause leakage.We do this kind test for every batch pressure gauges we produce.
如圖所示，台灣生產的每批充甘油的壓力表都依檢測標準數量，進行熱量測試。 通過該測試，
我們可以確認PC材料的鏡面和矽料密封環沒有質量缺陷。還可以確保刻度盤的印刷不會由於甘油的浸透而溶解油墨。

Before each pressure gauge is filled with glycerin, it is very important to check whether the oil filling space of the manometers(vacuum/pressure gauge) has a very small leakage due to the defect of installation.
This set of equipment can ensure that each glycerin-filled manometers(vacuum/pressure gauge) will not have the issue of glycerin leakage.
